1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CareOS platform and website operated by GeeMac Global Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Description of Service

CareOS is a unified compliance infrastructure platform designed for the UK social care sector. The platform provides passive evidence capture, real-time CQC mapping, workforce credentialing (SkillTrace), incident detection, regulatory gateway access, and specialist marketplace (InspectReady) services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including CQC requirements and data protection laws.
  • You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The CareOS platform, including its design, software, algorithms, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of GeeMac Global Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as intended. No ownership rights are transferred.

5. Data Processing & GDPR

GeeMac Global Ltd acts as a Data Processor for care data processed through the platform. Our data processing terms are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) provided during onboarding. We adhere to UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and NHS DSPT requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

The CareOS platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeeMac Global Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms or for any other reason with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our DPA and Privacy Policy.
